Leonardo was born in the month of April. To celebrate, be inspired to observe and draw like this quintessential Renaissance master. Realist artist Denise Laurin will provide a variety of Leonardo’s sketches to draw from during this one-session course and explain his drawing methods and materials.

Supply list: Here is a list of recommended supplies, however, there will be some materials available to use: Graphite pencils: 2B, 4B, 6B, kneaded eraser; General’s charcoal pencils in medium and soft, General’s white charcoal pencil; sepia pencil (optional), vine charcoal. Sketchbook (preferably with toned pages to look antique), pencil sharpener.
