Michelle has been serving Naperville from her co-op studio for over a decade. In that time, she has explored the arts to include offering yoga, local art events, and workshops.
She is pursuing her formal studies at Berkeley as a Visual Storyteller through Photography. Her studio is located in South Naperville and invites local yoga instructors and artists to share their craft in her co-op.
She is a member of the Naperville Junior Woman's Club, Naperville Jaycees, and Yoga Alliance. She has been training wellness professionals in her academy for several years and hopes to continue to do so well into her silver years. She holds the highest credential offered by Yoga Alliance and was awarded the Raj Yogi award from the International Association of Yoga. She holds memberships with the Association of Coaches and the American Council on Exercise and aspires to capture yogis in motion through her lens. Her true passion lies in holding space for building a community to support one another through social media and in-person events.
She believes meditation can be found with a paintbrush and offers Brush Meditation classes at her studio at Edge. Her training programs and classes are open to all practitioners that seek mindfulness.
