Steep & paint is a gentle, process-based painting experience rooted in presence, intuition, and care. We begin with a few minutes of breathing exercises, followed by steeping tea together, allowing time to slow and the nervous system to settle. From this place, participants-beginners or advanced painters are invited to paint intuitively. This painting session is about listening, responding, and being with what emerges on the canvas.
The instructor provides all the supplies.
