In this gentle, intuitive class, artist and teacher Victoria Isikman guides students into Creative Flow through simple warm-ups, expressive mark-making, color play, and mixed-media exploration.
Each week introduces a theme—such as calm, joy, or resilience—and students learn to express these feelings through abstract forms without pressure or self-judgment. The emphasis is on trusting your impulses, loosening perfectionism, and allowing creativity to unfold naturally. No previous art experience required. All supplies included.
