According to the dictionary white is a color without hue. But think of all the different kinds of white there are; snow, the inside corners of the eye, roses, chalk, polar bears, stars. You may think that a white object requires no color at all, but then how do all these things “without hue” look so different? This is exactly what we will explore in this study of the color white.
