Join realist artist Denise Laurin for a two-session introductory course to learn the basics of drawing textures. In this course, students will learn shading techniques to create the illusion of silk, wood, and glass.
Supply list: Graphite pencils: 4H, 2H, HB, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B, 6B, 7B; kneaded eraser, Factis BM2 eraser, 9” x 12” or larger sketchbook. Pencil sharpener and (optional) Xacto knife for sharpening.
