Frances
M. Stilwagner - An award winning artist, Fran Stilwagner works in oil,
charcoal, soft pastel and acrylic. Her most recent works however, are in
oil, oil pastel and oil stick.
Fran’s paintings elicit wonder and sensitivity to the natural world. Color
and emotion are key elements in her work. Her
objective is to grant the viewer their own interpretation of the images she
paints. She maintains studio space in her and has been invited to exhibit a
several local and state wide venues Fran’s paintings, updates on exhibits
