Alexis Fraser, born in 1984, has been creating art from a very young age. She did not realize her full potential as an artist until the age of 16 when many locals discovered her works. Today she currently paints and creates works of art in her home, west of Chicago, where her she also has a gallery of her collections. She is currently working on her BA in Education with an Emphasis in Art; to one day teach at a college level. She generally works with acrylics on canvas but since attending the art program she has discovered other medias that intrigue her just as much. Alexis’ inspirations come from her travels to Europe, Italy being her main focus and love, do to the long periods of time that she has spent viewing and admiring all the beauties that Italy has to offer. Alexis’ other inspirations are in people, animals, nature and in everyday life.
